Unity asset publisher

Game-ready low-poly assets for Unity

Sug's LowPoly makes lightweight, stylized 3D packs with consistent pivots, real-world scale and specs you can check, so they drop into your project and work.

Packs

Five packs so far. Built properly.

We would rather ship a few packs that are pleasant to use than dozens that need fixing. The two enemy packs share one art direction, so the enemies and their camp fit in the same scene. The three Voxel City packs do the same in a voxel style: an animated town, townsfolk with a character creator, and interiors you build in the Editor and walk through. More are planned, and each one will follow the same conventions.

Low Poly Enemy Melee Weapons

50 weapons and shields for everything your players fight: raiders, cultists, orcs, skeletons and monsters. Every piece is a prefab with the pivot at the grip, so it snaps into a hand without per-weapon offsets.

50 props for the camps your enemies come from: palisade walls, tents, campfires, crates, cages, torches and bone totems. Six fires burn with animated flames, and the wall sections snap together every 2 m.

What to expect

The same rules in every pack

01

Attach and play

Pivots sit where a hand, a socket or the ground meets the asset, and on the axle of every moving part. Axes are shared across each pack and one unit is always one meter.

02

Lean geometry

Hundreds of triangles per asset in the enemy packs: 331 on average for the weapons, 848 for the camp props, with the faceted look in the mesh instead of normal maps. Voxel City builds a whole animated town, fairground included, from 560 prefabs with hand-shaded voxel textures, and each of its townsfolk is under 1,900 triangles in one draw call.

03

Specs you can check

Triangle count and size are printed next to every asset on the preview sheets, and the store page lists texture sizes and totals.

04

URP first

Built and checked in Unity 6 with URP. Each pack page says what changes in Built-in and HDRP, and which packs need URP.

Three posed mannequins holding weapons from the weapons pack: a two-handed executioner axe, a rusty sword with a wooden shield, and a giant bone club.
A torch-lit stone armory dressed with the weapons pack: polearms on a wall rack, axes and blades on a table, a skull mace in the foreground.

About

Small publisher, strict checklist

Sug's LowPoly is an independent publisher of low-poly game assets for Unity. We make the kind of packs we want to find when prototyping: consistent, light, and honest about what is inside.

How the packs are made. Our production pipeline is AI-assisted. Models are built through scripted Blender workflows driven by AI agents. Textures are baked and packed for Unity from AI-generated images (the weapons), from procedural materials written in code (the camp props) or shaded voxel by voxel by scripts, with baked ambient occlusion (the Voxel City packs), and the Unity side, from import settings to prefabs, is automated as well. Before release, every asset is checked in the engine against fixed limits such as triangle count, scale and orientation. Each store listing says this plainly as well.

  • One convention per pack, documented in its README.
  • A demo scene that puts the assets to work.
  • Support by email, answered by the publisher.
